Relax on the comfortable sectional, stream a movie on the large Roku TV or open the doors to enjoy the coastal air and Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, double ovens and a large island with seating. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, blender and cooking essentials are provided. The spacious dining area keeps everyone together for meals, games and conversations that last well beyond dinner. The pool features a sun shelf and a spacious fenced deck with loungers. Optional pool heating is available for $50 per night. QUIET CAPE SAN BLAS LOCATION Sand & Solace is located on the peaceful south end of Cape San Blas, close to Salinas Park, St. Joseph Bay and Indian Pass. Spend your vacation swimming, kayaking, fishing, shelling, watching sunsets or simply slowing down together. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a multi-generational getaway or a relaxing trip with friends, Sand & Solace provides the space, amenities and thoughtful details to make the time together matter.

• The minimum age to rent is 25. The primary guest who books the reservation must remain at the property throughout the stay. • Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Only registered guests are permitted overnight. • No parties, events or unauthorized visitors. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of Cape San Blas. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and in the pool enclosure. • Dogs require prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. • Optional pool heating is $50 per night and must be purchased for the entire reservation. Pool temperature depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. • Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. No glass is permitted inside the pool enclosure. • Thermostats may not be set below 68°F. Exterior doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is operating. • Do not move indoor furniture or remove household items from the property. • Please report damage, maintenance concerns or accidental breakage promptly so we can assist. • Commercial photography, filming and business use require prior written approval. • The property may not be used in a manner that violates local laws, occupancy limits or Airbnb policies.

*Outdoor security cameras (2) are installed to monitor the driveway and the covered area by the front door. The Cape is Secluded. It will be 30 minutes to a real grocery store. Plan ahead! CAPE SAN BLAS Cape San Blas is loved for its quiet, secluded setting. The nearest full-service grocery stores are approximately 30 minutes away, so we recommend purchasing groceries before arriving. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi is provided. As with many coastal communities, brief service interruptions may occasionally occur during severe weather or local utility outages. Cellular coverage varies by carrier. POOL HEATING Optional pool heating is available for $50 per night and must be purchased for the full reservation. The pool heater generally raises the water temperature approximately 10–15°F above the outdoor air temperature. Performance depends on weather conditions, and pool heating may be ineffective during colder winter temperatures. Pool heat cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature. PETS Dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the pet fee shown in your reservation. All pets must be included in the booking request. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about the number or size of dogs permitted. STAIRS The home has multiple levels connected by stairs. Guests who have difficulty navigating stairs should review the layout carefully before booking. SECURITY CAMERAS Two exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property protection. One monitors the driveway, and the second monitors the front entrance. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private guest areas. HVAC To protect the air-conditioning systems during periods of extreme heat and humidity, thermostats may not be set below 68°F. Exterior doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is operating. HVAC performance and thermostat settings may be monitored remotely for maintenance and system protection. No audio or video monitoring occurs inside the home. WEATHER AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at booking. Refunds outside that policy are provided only when a governmental authority issues a mandatory evacuation order affecting the property during the reservation. Any refund will be limited to unused nights directly affected by that order. Rain, wind, tropical weather without a mandatory evacuation, beach conditions, transportation interruptions, utility outages, illness and changes in personal travel plans do not qualify for refunds outside the applicable cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. GUEST SUPPORT Our guest-services team is available daily from 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central. Urgent after-hours property concerns are monitored and addressed as quickly as possible. Call 911 for any medical, fire or life-safety emergency.
